Couriers and shipping

Renato L'Artigiano does not deliver via postal mail, but only by express courier.

To ensure a fast and secure shipping, Renato L'Artigiano relies on couriers local, national and international like DHL International GmbH, main partner for each shipment, both on the national and international territory.

If the speed of the service of DHL International GmbH cannot be guaranteed, Renato L'Artigiano reserves the right to entrust the deliveries to other carriers and / or use different delivery methods.

This change will not result in any additional cost to the client and, if necessary, it will be communicated by e-mail.



At the time of the exit of an order, we pay particular attention to the packaging and product integrity. The products are strictly controlled by an our representative that guarantees a perfect condition and an excellent storage until the delivery to the courier.

The courier will not leave the items unattended once delivered.

To make this process easier, please give us a safe address, where we can always find a person to whom leave the product.

We recommend also to communicate, as delivery address, the one who matches with the place of your business.



The range of the time taken for a delivery in the major Italian cities, is from 24 hours to 7-8 days (excluding Saturday and Sunday). For the islands and the most far towns, delivery times may be even higher than the 8 working days. We'd like to remind you that the courier makes his deliveries from Monday to Friday from 8:00a.m to 6:00 p.m

However, they may be subject to delays during the holidays. Please remember that couriers DHL don't make shipments and deliveries on the 25th and the 26 of December, on the 1st of January and during all the weekends and the official holidays.

For all the orders paid by bank transfer, the shipping times are calculated from the moment of the accreditation of the order, not before, not after. The days and times are approximate and can vary, depending on the daily shipments of the same courier. We recommend to check the integrity, the number of packages and the condition of the items before of rejecting or keeping the delivery.

If something is wrong, you can contact us as soon as possible, in order to fix the problem.



In the absence of the recipient or the person authorized to accept delivery of the goods, or in general, in the event of non-delivery, the courier will leave a message (certification of the attempted delivery).

For the abroad deliveries, the courier will attempt to contact the customer by telephone at the number listed on the order form, in order to agree a new delivery.

You can call the telephone number, to request a second delivery attempt. After two delivery attempts, the products shall go back to the stock. If the item is not more requested, it returns to Renato L'Artigiano after 7 days or according to the deadline set by the general conditions of the express delivery.



For all shipments, the products ordered will be sent to the address specified by the user during registration on the form.

Renato L'Artigiano, after the occurred delivery to the carrier, will update the "Order History" by communicating by email a number which allows you to track your shipment during its trip.

The delivery is considered complete when the customer and / or a person on his behalf, takes the delivered items from the courier.



During the procedure of confirmation of the order, you can get an order to an other address than that used during the registration.

The user is invited to communicate details and reasons for the provided form and / or via e-mail after order confirmation.



For all shipments to territories other than those from EU countries, there may be additional fees and costs. These latter are supported by the recipient.

Either way it will be advised through the order summary form or , eventually,  by e-mail to Renato L'Artigiano.
